Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery across India: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote area deliveries may take a little longer.
- During festivals, promotions, or bad weather, slight delays may occur — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on selected products or above a minimum purchase value (as per ongoing offers).
- For orders below the free-shipping limit, a small shipping fee may apply, shown at checkout.
Address & Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct while placing the order.
- Kyros will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected or modified.
International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India. (International delivery will be available soon!)
