At Kyros, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery you purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refund
- You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or refund.
- Customized, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
- Email us at support@kyros.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
- Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, your refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after verification.
Non-Refundable Conditions
We will not be able to offer a refund if:
- The product is used, damaged, or altered.
- The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
- The item falls under non-returnable categories such as custom jewellery or sale products.
