At Kyros, we strive to provide you with the best quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or return your order. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel your order, please contact our support team at support kyrosjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation reason.
- If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return & Refund
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be: Unused and unworn; In their original packaging; Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return or refund.
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to your original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, sale items, or items purchased under special discounts or offers cannot be refunded.
- In case of any manufacturing defect or wrong item received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product.
